I got the sense during the charity shield trophy raising that Sane had probably gotten his ass chewed at halftime and felt embarrassed to be part of the festivities.

Although I don't know jack shit. I do know that Pep is on record saying he will lie his ass of to the press to protect guys, while reaming them in the locker room. Thank the Amazon trailer for that.

Sane was shit at the start of last year too, worked out well.

All summer off is not necessarily a good thing. 6-8 weeks with no football is going to mean it takes longer to get match fit than the people who were only away 2-3 weeks. Your level will drop a lot more than the guys who were playing the biggest matches of their lives 3 weeks ago.

Sané's long summer holiday should show it's benefits in December/January when everyone else is starting to get tired and he's got plenty left in the tank.

Plus, me wasn’t a starter for us at the beginning of last season, but later on, Pep couldn’t drop him.

Lets hope you’re right and he’s got his head in the right place.

We have the best team we have ever had, being on the bench is not a disgrace anymore, pep will chose based on the right players to do the job day by day

I can feel the new zen me ebbing away
