Don't forget we also had some seats in the West Stand too for that 2-2 draw. Not too many but probably around 700-800 so I don't think my estimate of 4-5000 is that wide of the mark.
There were clearly a lot more than that there for the 4-0 defeat, looking at that footage. My mate remembers getting the special down and Arsenal fans being astonished at the amount of City fans in the escort to the ground. If I'm not mistaken that was Arsenal's second highest home league crowd of the 1989-90 season with only the Tottenham game drawing more fans.

I honestly doubt, although wish there were, 8,000 plus Blues there in the famous 'yellow kit' game. Do wish I had the yellow kit though. Would be worth a fortune!!

Wasn't at the other game, but we are in the right hand of the clock end, you can see the
segregation early in the highlights, it looks like a lot of blues considering it was a standing area.
