Arsenal (H) - FA Cup | Post Match Thread

Ortega, Ake, Akanji and Grealish brilliant.

Great result and chuffed to get one over on those odious cockney cunts.

But something is definitely off. The tempo is painfully slow. And several players seem to be in the bad books.

Man City 1-0 Arsenal
I don't think Arsenal fans will lose too much sleep about this. Their focus is on the Premier League where they sit five points above City.
A late goal would probably have created a replay they didn't really need.
And this wasn't their first-choice XI.

Fuck off you red wankers.
In other words. Arsenal won

Ake is looking a class act atm. very assured in that left back position, to keep saka that quiet and also very very good in possession. That starting midfield trio doesnt quite work unfortunately, rely on moments of brilliance from one of them but lacks a lot of energy. Alveraz remedied that when he came on

we’re still not quite right. de bruyne struggling to dominate the ball is concerning, he’s barely in the game.
I am more concerned with Gundo failing to dominate. He’s like a ghost of late and for a man playing in centre mid for a team who aim to dictate play it’s horrible. Something has to change.

Just seen the Ortega had the most touches in the team and we had no corners! They didn’t have a shot on target second half and barely troubled us. Thought we controlled it pretty well and the team and formation will be totally different in the league games. Need Kalvin up to speed PDQ though as we have some tired legs in the midfield. Fingers crossed for an easier draw next round.
