I've said it in this thread a few times. Opposition players should go and listen to the tactical instructions. They are allowed to stand wherever they want on the pitch when there is an injury break. Stand right next to Arteta, as Martinelli stands next to Ederson for a corner. What could they do about it? Nothing, except push the player away, and that would cause a melee and prevent the team talk, and annoy Arteta.One thing they really need to address is the group team talks during the match.
