It's not the point that "he didn't touch him". The challenge was a red card in accordance with the laws of the game. Regardless of it not being a red card "for you."He over did it alright, he wasn’t touched! Embarrassing!

Yep, it was a terrible tackle, badly executed by Xhaka in that he didn't connect fully (luckily).Sorry - I appreciate your opinion - but I disagree. M.O.D. pundits did too.
If that was one of our defenders, jumping in - off the ground - two footed, I wouldn't be complaining.
The decision was correct, imho.
And, what's more, Xhaka's been getting away with terrible tackles for years - yes, he's been sent off 11 or 12 times now, but, if you live by the sword, you die by it. He got what he deserved for his snidey, dangerous style of play.

At least you are fair in your judgement. Many who'd have gone crazy had we gotten a red for that were awfully quiet.Bloody hell, just seen the red card… never a red.

Personally, I find 2 footed tackles to be an automatic Red. I hate slide tackles in general. Even the good ones. So I'm pro red here. Even against a City player.

My point was simply that winning "player of the year", awards, is not the same as "team player of the year", it was not a critique of KDB.But KDB is the epitome of a ‘team’ player. No comparison with those you mention.
