Arsenal (H) | Post Match Thread

If you’re running down the pitch and someone puts their leg across you preventing you getting to the ball, without them touching it, like Partey last night it’s a foul each and every time. That was a pen last night and Oliver knew it which is why he blew and gave Arsenal a free kick straight away.
Don’t think we got a free kick in the first 30 minutes and Partey was allowed all night to get away with shit. He’s pulling someone down minutes after Rodri did proves it. One get yellow, one got fuck all.
Totally biased refereeing performance.
I still find it odd watching a game where I know the referee is dishonest. With Oliver we have seen him in action enough to know exactly what he’s like. He’s not daft, he must know we also know the agenda. In a way I feel sorry for him and Taylor and Twatwell and the other cartel stooges. They have sold their integrity to move up the greasy career pole. Truly shameless.

Shows a bit more context from White and Phil spat after the game. White passed 2 City players to confront Phil from behind, first man to Phil's aid young Bernie...

Laughing at Grealish running across the pitch to get involved. No scrap may happen without Jack.

I went on the Gunners forum today, they thought Oliver was their best player! They couldn’t believe how biased he was to them

having rewatched the game and wondering why I was having some before-game fears, I must hold my hands up and say this Manchester City Squad 22/23 is just about the best I have ever watched, We are so strong and every player has their part to play and believe in Pep and the setup,

One player stood out BIG TIME last night In the beliefs in the plan, JACK GREALISH, That running back to help the defence when Saka broke and it was Jack's tackle that stopped the play, it was truly magical to watch, that spoke volumes about what you have to do just to get into this squad, Quality alone is not enough, that desire to work for your teammates and run and run and put that one tackle in is everything this squad is all about,

We are going into games leaving nothing behind on the pitch after the final whistle, you have to drag our players off kicking and fighting tooth and nail, It's like we are not going to take 2nd best against anybody

Now I agree Oliver was absolutely corrupt last night. I’m not saying it isn’t a pen. Just i can see why VAR didn’t get involved.
He isnt corrupt, hes just incapable. Oliver is always a bottle job and by giving us that pen so early on he knows its game over.

Now var, i think they have a an an agenda and the most crooked rule of all is ‘clear and obvious error’. What the fucks that mean? It either is or isnt.
And clear and obvious still leaves it very open to corruption

No other team has the control, technique, and sheer class when playing out from the back. The radar was 100% on the job tonight. Other teams look as though they don't want the ball. The classic was playing it a couple of times, Stonesy hoof, beautiful touch from Erling and Kev did the rest. Opposition always look as though they are passing a grenade, and no one has half the technique and control that Eddie has.
I swear Eddie was taking the piss at times, choosing to pass to the most heavily marked team mate. Why? Because he fcukin could. :-)
