Actually, In fairness, even Souness said that as a neutral you want that first goal to be allowed. And Cech didn't make a big thing of the second. Oddly, in the post- match interview he said that "players" were distracting him. Well, that could be anyone…

I hate it when they come out with shit like that. Offside is offside, it doesn't matter if it's an inch or a yard. Chuffed to fuck that it was given, but I hate to see pundits defending shit decisions. Probably because we're normally on the receiving end of them.
