My sister is a rag, i've watched quite a few games with her down the years, she seemed to deride absolutely no pleasure from them winning, just a sense of relief when they won. I used to laugh at her for it. She, without malice or raggish ****ness said that it was ok for me, I expected City to lose and if we won it was a bonus that cheered me up, she expected the rags to win, so when they lost she was devastated. I sort of understand this a lot more these days, defeats certainly seem to hurt more than they used to, its the expectation that leads to the disappointment and people quick to anger if its not going right, I understand people losing their shit, whilst the game is on and afterwards.

What I dont get is the ****s who just slag everything off before a ball is kicked and have a complete downer on the club, the wankers who go to games just to vent and slag off players when they've done nothing wrong. I dont understand them, I never will, its not my place to say we should do without them, but if I was in charge of the world, they wouldnt get within a mile of the stadium and would be permabanned on here

Let him settle, let him get "his" squad assembled, let him get his ideas over, it's embarrassing to judge this early in his tenure. As stupid as it sounds winning his first ten games has done him no favours, some people "expect" that level every week but it's unrealistic.

We should be expecting to win the league. Not going to throw my toys out of the pram if we don't, but we should be aiming to take the trophy and viewing anything else as a failure.

Very witty from a plastic fan who I would guess has never seen city play. Seems the overseas lot are very touchy and love throwing about their opinions as the only thing that matters.

Wenger is just a bad loser. He couldn't grumble at that result today. I thought they were extremely average at best. Can't see them being any sort of title threat. Too lightweight
 
What a showing that was. Have to hand it to Raheem Sterling, comes in for a stupid amount of unfair stick but he ran the line and channels like a true #9 and was a nuisance throughout. Took his goal superbly and we are without question a better team with him in the eleven. Yaya Toure too, seems he just took his foot off the gas last season - playing like its 13/14 again. Fernando sublime and filled in well for Fernandinho. Sagna also has to start every game, far far superior / solid compared to Zab nowadays. Special mention to Sane too who looked proper direct and dangerous going forward, great to see him get off the mark for us. Basically, everyone was good... :P

Wenger can and will grumble about anything, you should know that. He's very tetchy and out of control when they lose.
Hence they dress him in that overgrown straight jacket, just in case he loses it.

No we weren't and did he bollocks, just didn't score with too much of the pussy footing around near their goal but we kept the so called best footballing team pretty quiet. Some superb performanes all round especially from Pep
