Arsenal Post Match Thread.

The problem with Kev is that he's just not fit, he was blowing out of his arse after the first 10 mins.

Clichy, De Bruyne & Yaya should all get criticism for that. How can a defender with years of experience , play them onside like that and tackle like that too. Although he played a great pass for the 1st goal, for most of the game De Bruyne was dreadful, gave the ball away countless times & didn't track back before the 2nd goal. Yaya slowed things up too much & was another who couldn't be arsed to mark anyone. Very disappointing because Arsenal were poor. On a bright note, Aguero is looking sharper.

Sterling was awful didn't look up for it! Thought stones,Navas, and clichy played well apart from Clichy mistake for there first goal! Sane looked dangerous but that apart the rest were poor diniho can not pass and kept getting caught on the ball. Passing was poor as was decision making, finishing and nervousness!!! We should have wrapped the game up first 20mins but thats the same old story!!! Game defining moment was the aguero missed header at 2-1 oh and yet again a big decision goes goes against us!!!!

Starting to feel a lot like the end of Manuel's season. Instead of knowing the manager is getting the axe, this time round it's several members of the squad. Clearly has an impact mentally in terms of effort on the pitch, even if they wouldn't dream of admitting it.

Thank fuck we're still in the FA Cup. Every week feels like we're stumbling towards the end of the season.

De Bruyne is the one who pisses me off the most when it comes to this. Shirking challenges all over the pitch, not tracking back at all (2nd goal came from a passage of play where he was just ball watching)

He is in the side for his one or two bits of magic that he has but with a defence as shit as ours, it ain't enough.

He half pulls out of tackles , his passing was fucking shocking at times today , Aguero gets lambasted for allegedly not performing to Peps standards , well Kevin is nowhere near good enough in certain aspects of his game for a real Pep player- he deserves stick for it tbh, every time he loses the ball he ambles back half speed.

It's a team of prima donnas, they think they've fucking made it signing for City.

Pretty much sums him up of late. Not sure the deeper role suits him to be honest.

Dare i say it but he looks like he carries a little bit of timber which given the stance Pep took over Nasri would be surprising.

who gives a fuck we could have 4 world beaters but with a defence made of glass we will never win anything

I give a fuck. I want the squad strengthening in every area. One player upfront of the likes of Sanchez would have a multiplier effect in respect of our forward play. That leaves plenty of budget to improve the defensive options.

The Champions League is absolutely vital. Liverpool aren't even in the Europa League whilst Spurs European season was a shambles. Who did Utd blood in te Europa league. City v Monaco and City v Barcelona are what it is all about. But the carelessness today was unacceptable

For all of the performances we have put in like Monaco and Barca at home, I can think of double the amount of shite performances we have put in.

I'm talking about those sides being in the Europa League over the past few years. Rashford got his big chance in the Europa League. I doubt he'd have got the same chance in the CL. You might class Spurs' EL season a few seasons back as a shambles but it had a bigger picture. It gave players like Kane a platform to stake a claim for the a regular place in the first team.

The likes of Maffeo, Garcia, Tosin and Roberts would get plenty of game time if we were in the Europa League, we would also prioritise the PL which is crucial IMO. We need to go all out for that next season. That's the bread and butter.
