Arsenal post match thread

A load of moaners and mard arses on the Match thread again.

We owned the Arse at their ground and scored 3 superb goals in the process. We're at the beginning of a very busy period, and people seemed to be upset that we'd taken our foot off the gas in the second half?

I daren't ask how pissed off people would have been if we'd gone balls out in the second half and come away from the Emirates with 2 or 3 injuries heading into the Christmas period.

Who's been moaning?
Surely this is a wind up

For those saying Pep hasn’t got a plan B think that dispelled that myth. Played on the break like our opponents this season. Kevin’s best game back since injury, looks like he has well and truly recovered. That’s why a lot of us having been crying out for Phil. Much more energy. Thought Rhodri was excellent and next season think we will see a different player. For those criticising Raz, ffs he has carried us all season played a lot of minutes and has had no rest whatsoever. Pep got that tactically spot on. Phil has proved he belongs in this team. Going against the tide nothing wrong with Ota. A very good performance no matter what the Arses state at the moment.

I wouldn't say we were anywhere near back to our best. Arsenal gave us a tough first 35 minutes, & 10 minutes in the 2nd half, but they were poor otherwise in comparison to the Arsenal of old.

De Bruyne's goals were brilliant, plus I thought Walker & Fernandinho were very good. It was good to see Foden starting, & he didn't look out of place. It seemed a bit odd when he was substituted.

Pep's face said it all. There were a lot of loose balls, possession squandered regularly, & we still look nowhere near the levels of the last 2 season. However, we can only beat what's in front of us, so 3 points, is 3 points.
