its a bit lightweight in midfield , but so are the goons , after wednesdays non performance, would be nice to get past the halfway line and create something or even have a shot :)
I think nasri two ferns and navas is more likely-just lacks creativity in the centre without Toure and Silva running the show as they so often did.

Jesus.....what a humourless lot

Must be all that rain and battleship grey skies that make you so sour

Ah well, c'est la vie.....

Allez Les Rouges !!!!!

Yeah we're an especially dour group of late when our team has a year with only 1 trophy...Not as cheerful as you lot usually are when you win your annual "responsible spending" trophy.

Ill be pissed rightly off If Iheanacho doesnt start as he is the only player out of our first team deserving of his wages this week, and you can be dam sure its a lot less than the other shithouses that played on Wednesday.

This season as we can all agree has been difficult viewing to say the least, we're at home with a fully fit squad (bar merlin) who on form is imo our most important/best player. We miss him so much and without him it makes Sergio come deeper looking for the ball as there's nobody who can thread through balls behind defences for him. My team for Sunday would be:

Joe
Bacary
Nicholas
Elequim
Gael
Fernando
Fernandinho
Jesus
Samir
Kevin
Sergio

Thankfully I wont have to witness Kolorov either on the pitch or warming up.
Interesting the 'hardman' has become injured.

He was in the bench in Madrid and I know players can get injured in training but I'd guess they've only done some light stuff on Friday morning.

He won't be missed but Pelli's PR cover up if that's what it is sums them both up.

As an out and out Tarquin (I'm beginning to enjoy the name - sounds a bit surreal), I hope the negativity that permeates this thread carries on through to the Etihad Sunday with the happy outcome being a much merited Arsenal win due in some part to the self fulfilling prophesies of the Jeremiahs on here.

Ah ha!!!

Eureka!

At last a name we Gooners can adopt for you......Jeremiahs!

Well my fellow Jeremiahs, over to you from Tarquin.

Dontchya just love the name?
Plastic as fuck, otherwise you'd be well aware of the name.

You'll either disappear for months with a City win or be banned for gobbing off if Arse get a result.

How is this clown not banned? For the record your name is a disgrace!

Rumour is he got a splinter in his bum on the bench on Wednesday.

Maybe the burden of his guilty conscience got too much for his hamstring? Or a political injury. Either way, good that he's out.

Expect another disjointed and pathetic performance. The old fool put all his eggs in one basket and now we are paying the price. You can still get 7/2 on the vermin making top 4 if you are quick.
