Ever since I first started watching Ozil in 2010, I have been amazed at how someone can be so one footed and be so good. I don't think I have ever seen someone so one footed, at any level.

Messi, mata , robben and even our own kolorov

Please reassure me mentioning Kolarov amongst such talent was a joke?

No he asked for one footed players and he got it

nope, Ozil is even more one footed, Even Mata, Messi, Robben and Kolarov sometimes us their right, I don't think I have ever seen Ozil use his right for anything significant. Just watch highlights of him, even the simplest of touches are all done with his left.

Lets see how they go when the pressure of a title race cranks up a notch or two. They'll be doing very well if they finish 4th.

What if Arsenal won the EPL?
Impossible.
Maybe, but they haven't dropped a single point in more than a month. I actually don't remember when a single player turned a team single handledly, world class.

No its impossible because there's no such league.

Sad to see, but as I said Arsenal are suddenly a threat for all competitions. It's just plain stupid that someone did not come in from Ozil. When one of the LITERAL best players in the world become available you buy them.

People keep forgetting how well Arse finished the season. It's not just the Ozil factor!

Manure, Chelsea and unfortunately us have dropped a level and Arse have improved. It's a long season so there's plenty of time to f@ck up. Chelsea had 16 points after 6 games last season!!!!!!!!!!

I had them down to struggle in this group of death and their efforts to effect their prem form.
Then along came Ozil.

You are right there is more to it, but Ozil is the game changer. Not just for his form, but the confidence and belief the signing gives to everyone. It makes them as good as anyone in Europe with their first 11 too.

-- Tue Oct 01, 2013 9:13 pm --

Yes and going out of the group would have hurt their confidence. Alas.

AFC - Form Guide for last 22 matches: WWWWWDWDWWWLWWWWWWWWWW

Not too shabby. Let's see how long it lasts.

Good result for the Gooners.

Maybe Arsenal can manage to knock one of Napoli or Dortmund out. It's looking like 2 from 3.

Dortmund look vulnerable after their defeat in Napoli.

The group is still very open. Dortmund are very capable of beating Arsenal twice and there is a chance that Gundogan could be back for the second game. Arsenal with maximum points are favourites to top the group, but would not be surprised to see Dortmund pip them to first. Either way there is going to be a fantastic end to the group. All the other groups are fairly straight forward, but this one is great.

I know Redknapp is famous for not using the word correctly, but I am not hence the joke and the emphasis on literally. Too often people and myself included call players the best in the world. The media are even worse. However, Ozil is really top 10 at worst and probably top 5.
