Just heard that too

Three months out
Maybe Wenger didn't want him to play because it was unfair. Since he couldnt play against every team this season.

Shock rumor: Kim Källström damaged
International Swede should have been damaged in the first training with Arsenal

London/Stockholm. He was the big surprise during the last day of transferfönstrets.

But according to anecdotal evidence to Sportbladet has Kim Källströms dream has been destroyed.

He is said to be gone for two to three months.

Not nice for the lad but fucking pmsl at Wenger.

Never laugh at any young man (or young woman come to that) getting injured. Wenger should learn to keep his mouth shut, it invites karma.

"New Arsenal signing Kim Kallstom is set for a spell on the sidelines with a back injury that was discovered in the medical before he signed on loan from Spartak Moscow.

"The 31-year-old Sweden midfielder sustained the problem on Tuesday while playing football on a beach during Spartak's pre-season tour in Abu Dhabi.

"He informed Arsenal of discomfort upon arriving at the club on Friday but, despite an MRI scan showing no damage, a CT scan found an issue with his back.

"The Arsenal medical team provided manager Arsene Wenger with the prognosis, but it was decided Kallstrom would still join and undergo his rehabilitation with the Gunners.

"He is expected to miss at least Arsenal's next six games, in which they face Crystal Palace, Liverpool twice, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Sunderland.

"Kallstrom did not train with his new team-mates on Friday or Saturday and will briefly return to Sweden and Russia before moving to London and beginning a course of treatment.

"The former Lyon player, Arsenal's only signing in the January transfer window, joined on loan until the end of the season to provide cover for injured midfielders Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere, plus the suspended Mathieu Flamini."

I'm totally disinterested in Arsenal's woes (only 'cos I don't want any reverse karma!)

It leaves them struggling in midfield for the next few games at least with all the following out: (its quite a list of injuries that Rosicky back tomorrow but wont be match fit and neither will the others back in feb be for a few weeks either)
J Wilshere Ankle/Foot Injury 8th Feb 14
T Rosicky Broken Nose 2nd Feb 14
T Walcott ACL Knee Injury no return date
A Ramsey Hip/Thigh Injury 1st Mar 14
Y Sanogo Back Injury 8th Feb 14
V Diabybb ACL Knee Injury no return date
Kalstrom Glass Back 8th March 14
M Flamini Suspended

So Ozil - Arteta - Cazorla - Rosicky (Still not bad but no room for further suspensions or knocks and they'll have to improv if they need players to rest or put kids in) With the amount of games coming up I can see them struggling against decent sides if this 4 have to turn out time after time and they've got a lovely run of games coming up in Feb! Only plus for them is most of them are at the Emirates.
Can we get a favour out of the Scousers and Yoonited? I'm not arsed lets just get about our business and beat all comers.
