Just back from Goodison Park

I have been to 6 Arse away games this season and have yet to see us win

In those matches in every game the home team scores first

The games away are City Liverpool Chelsea Everton Southampton and WBA

We lose 4 and draw 2

I have seen us in those games score 7 and concede 23 goals

To say I'm pissed off is putting it mildly. Giroud is a big slow uninterested lump. Arteta is painfully slow. Monreal can't defend. After Theo got injured and was not replaced in January FFS we have no pace and every team crushes us because we are so fucking easy to play against. Press high condense midfield and watch us play so stupidly it hurts.

I don't think the players are doing it for Wenger.

If we fail to win the F A Cup and at the moment we couldn't beat Scunthorpe (no disrespect ) let alone Wigan, or we fail to gain 4th spot then I think Wenger should go.

I'm going to Norwich last game of the season and if nothing else, can I see a fucking away win?!!!

I can't stand this shit
It could be worse

Wait till you are playing Colchester away and you've taken your 11 year old daughter who needs a pee, except there are no female toilets, and you have to explain that to her mum the following day

I recognise I should get a sense of perspective but do you mind if today I am allowed to vent my spleen?

I'm fucked off and still feel that way. The gentle spirit of my nature sadly is subsumed at the moment.

-- Sun Apr 06, 2014 10:59 pm --

We understand
I've been there through the good, the bad and the good, and no amount of consoling ever did anything

At the end of the day we are all football fans, it's just that some turn into real tossers, me included, at times
I still wake up sometimes thinking what if Tommy Hutch had not moved in 81, what would we have achieved?

Fuck all probably......

As an old git who remembers football in the 60s there was one incident today which warmed my heart.

We were just boarded on the train at Lime Street back to London when we got talking to a youngish couple sitting in front of us.

She was a Blue but her husband was a Gooner. A good chat but made so interestingly because her father in law who was with them turned out was Everton legend Jimmy Husband. I remembered him as a quick winger at a time when Everton had maybe their greatest team winning the title in 1970.

We talked about old Arsenal and Everton players at that time. Nice to reminisce. Top bloke btw.

Now that did give me some kind of a sense of perspective.

I would be pretty dejected also tbh, it would be the huge juicy carrot that is always just out of your reach for factors fans can't influence.
Not that there are many they can tbh.

I feel the Arsenal board is to comfy and until they go or get a real rocket up their arse (man utd style season) this dynamic is unlikely to change soon.
