Arsenal now have no excuses not to be challenging for the title in May. They have an incredible squad of players.

Arsenal have been dying for a tricky, small, sort of wide attacking midfielder. They never had any of those players at all, and now that they've finally addressed their biggest need in Sanchez, Chelsea and City should be very afraid and Arsenal will challenge for the title for real this time.
For me, Arsenal's biggest needs were a top notch striker and a physical midfielder (whether CM or DM). Other than that, backup goal kp and RB to fill vacated spots. Sanchez seems to be an opportunistic signing just like Ozil was when Arsenal is already well stocked with wingers and attacking midfielders (unless he intends to use Sanchez upfront)

Agree and they´ll still have the same defence that got dry bum raped on a number of occasions last season

First pic of Sanchez in Arsenal shirt

The look on his face says it all

A front 6 of....

Arteta Ramsey
AOC Ozil Sanchez
Walcott

Is scary, not including Cazarola as he's fat and named after food.

Fat.

As it stands I make them 3rd favorites.

Chelsea

Man City

Arsenal
Manure
Spurs
Everton

Where is their midfield hard man? Who will pick up teammates when Things are getting tedious? arteta?

Walcott is not Henry plus I think he'll start where you have AOC and they'll play Giroud.

What's their bench like?

Not convinced.

Closer to us than to you.

Maybe not a midfield hard man but I think the next big signing will be Khedira / Schneiderlin / Bender type player.

You're probably looking at a squad along the lines
----------------------- Sczezney
-------------------------(Ospina)

Debuchy-------Koscielny-----Mertesacker----Gibbs
(Manquilo)---- (Vermaelen)------------------- (Monreal)

-----------Schneiderlin------Ramsey
------------- (Arteta)--------- (Wilshere)

----Walcott ----------- Ozil----------Cazorla
----- (Ox)------------(Rosicky)------(Podolski)

------------------------ Sanchez
------------------------(Giroud)

With the likes of Diaby, Flamini, Gnarby & Joel Campbell still to call on.

One or 2 changes might still happen, Vermaelen out & a new defender or 2 in etc, but that's a decent estimate of the squad. I don't think its that bad for depth, central defence apart.

He was being sarcastic!

They've got the most "tricky, small, sort of wide attacking midfielder"s of any club in the world.

First they got ozil with no competition and now Sanchez,if they dont finish in top 2 and do good in cup competitions then it will definitely be arsene last year
