My Scotland team is the Gers, all because the 1st sticker I got for a Scottish team in one of them football albums years ago was a Rangers player so I chose them.

I started liking Arsenal because Anfield 89 was the first domestic game I remember seeing on TV as a wee 8 year old. Then, i liked Ian Wright when he scored those goals in the FA Cup semi final for Palace Vs Utd. Then he signed for Arsenal and his love for goals and celebrating just reminded me of Ally McCoist who I loved at the time as well. By then we all picked an English team and I stuck with Arsenal.

There's been a connection between Rangers and Chelsea for many years.

A good Chelsea friend of mine had a Rangers tattoo.
Well Rangers need someone to hold their hands. Ends up a Nightmare though.

Pretty much every person I know up here has an English team. My best mate only supports Everton. There’s lots of Newcastle fans in edinburgh due to close proximity. A lot of rangers fans tend to like Chelsky. Up here there’s a clear dividing line between National team and club football, especially amongst the Scotland support. The disliking of the English national team should not be seen as a disliking of England. You’d be surprised at how many of the Tartan Army actually live in England.
Good to know, mate. Pardon me

Martinelli is great, but he's not quite there yet for me. His positioning off the ball is suspect at times. I'd take Saka all day. Except for PKs.
Watching the two, Saka definitely the better player rn but its close.

Looking at both of them, Martinelli has that "it" factor that you associate with the Ronaldos/Neymars etc when u see him play and on the ball. I definitely think Martinelli has the higher potential based on work ethic.

Arsenal will never be a threat to City when they play each other. They have no pace, as good and as talented as Saka and Martinelli are, they don't have the after burners that Mbappe, Coman, Sane, Mane, Salah, Vini Jr, Rodrygo have.

So, they will just pass the ball infront of us playing as a worse version of us.

This lot just don’t have the quality to keep up in the run-in. A lot of respect for Arteta and the season they’ve had, but it looks like the superior club will take home the trophy. As long as we take care of our business.
