Arsenal Thread | 2024/25

At the end of the day, managers like Wenger and Pep have changed football for the better. What does everyone think Capt Black’s legacy will be when everyone copies his tactics?
Players feigning injury to waste time and for tactical coaching advice. Spending fortunes to bottle the league. Whinging like fck.

Monaco lost because they are ordinary however 1st team this season that figured out how to nullify Arsenal at corners. They kept 3 men right on the halfway line for Arsenal corners meaning Arsenal needed to put 4 against them to prevent the counter. Meant less big defenders to stick in the box and cause mayhem and made it easy for the Monaco keeper to come out and claim the ball- int he end Arsenal resorted to using short corners and just restarting play.

I fell out of love for arsenal the way coneboy handled the ozil and the other contract terminations of the players at the time.

The handling of auba was disgusting and was the last straw with coneboy. His consistent failure to win trophies and not getting sacked for it further infuriates me with this club.
We are a miles better team since Aubamayang played for us. How can that be an issue with Arteta?

Are you a Pierre fanboy? Many of the fanbase who use words like 'blud' and 'mandem' are obsessed with Aubamayang. 'Pierre! he gon and do tha mad ting'

Surely our world class coaches can learn from Monaco? When we play them at the Emirates, if Arsenal get a corner - Savinho and Doku wide on the halfway line with Bernie central 10 yards in our half - job done. Less bodies in the box to block and cause mayhem and Arsenal will need to have 4 players back to prevent a quick break away when Eddie has a clear run to catch the ball and start a quick break. Mind at the moment we’d probably pass it back…..
