having waited decades to see city at wembley , this fixture is not a waste of time to me , shows the arrogance of some of our "fans" , personally i am looking forward to a great day out ,although the result doesnt matter ,as the community shield is only a trophy to yooooonited" followers."

Making a weekend of it with Mrs Moon, our son and his lady.

Mrs Moon is a bit if a curse mind, her only game last season was Soton away, we then went on a bit of a run.....

My son is desperately trying to get his girlfriend into footie and we've sold the trip as Wembley is somewhere everyone should go once.

Can't wait. Seems ages since our last game, playoffs and World Cup games are fine but don't provide any passion.

Charity shield is usually a fairly cheap ticket - compared with prem prices and normal wembley prices.
Im taking my youngest (his 5th trip and he;s 10!! ), also going to take my 2 nephews 10 and 12. Tickets will be plentiful, so it will be great to get all 3 young un's there together.
would be great to win it and be able to have photos of the team and all 3 trophies on show!
