Arsenal Vs City Post Match Thread

Finally! Great to hear our manager calling out the referee and reminding everyone that Clattenburg continually gives us nothing. Sanchez diving around whenever he was touched, clear foul on Kompany for their second, blatant handball by wilshere. The referees don't want to give us anything.

Under these circumstances great performance by the boys and with a bit of luck we should have won the game.

Agreed. We hit the post twice after we equalized. The way we got back into the game after a tenacious Arsenal start makes me proud of this team. A good point but at the same time I'm disappointed we didn't get all three.

APPLAUDS Pellegrini well said sir !! Corrupt as fuck the Refs about time we stood up against the cheating officals !!

I suspect you're one of those people who rate Milner because of his "effort"... rather than his ability?
You've just highlighted 3 players who have been very important first team players for a team who has won the Premier League title twice in three years as lacking effort, don't try and change the topic now dickhead. I stand by my original statement.

Meat n spuds absolute nob, was he watching the same game as the rest of us?

Can we quit it with the name calling please, it's all about opinions you can agree to differ without a slanging match you know!

Poor result. Those who think it's good probably thought everything was wonderful in Mancini's final year. Fell short due to the same reason why Mancini's squad fell short, some players just not dedicated enough. Clichy, Nasri and Dzeko all have potential to be great but just lack effort.

Have to agree with you mate....not sure how we can be happy with a draw....These are games the "new" city should win...Not putting away chances when they are there, will always cost us and silly mistakes will cost us......Still think our play is too predictable and Dzeko still missing changes he should take.....still don't think he does enough for us to extend his contract another 4 years.....his play off the ball is poor and still missing good chances.....I know many seem happy with the result but after the Stoke game we should be setting higher standards....still believe we needed to inject more pace and talent into the side than we did in the transfer window....teams are going to read our style of play like a book....

Are you for real

Yes I am......we shouldn't be happy with a draw.....no good having 80minutes of the ball and cant put our chances away and take the foot off the gas for 10 minutes and they score twice....something not right about that.....at the end of the season no-one gives a shit if the ref wasn't on our side in these games....we need to win and sick of using excuses when we don't....imho!

Aguero lost the ball because he was fouled. The direction and power of Kompany's clearing header were affected because he was fouled. Wilshire knocked the ball away from Silva in the penalty area with his arm. Clattenberg is a biased ****, and shouldn't be allowed to referee our games.

Thought it was a very difficult game for Clattenburg to ref. He made mistakes but overall did well. On another day we could have seen a dismissal but he was determined to keep it 11 v 11.

The big fuck-up for me was missing the Wilshere handball but that was assistent ref's blunder.
