Not sure if it's been mentioned but why wasn't saintly Jack Wilshire booked for his blatant dive very early on?
Thought the amount of free kicks they were getting around our box was going to cost us but we defended them well

I thought the decision to play Lampard and Ferninho as a midfield two against their three was crazy. I think it's the worst passing display from us that I've seen in a long while especially since the takeover.
The ref was awful either incompetent or bent you choose which one, Aguero and Kompany were both fouled and we should have had a penalty to boot.
But then having come through all that and managed to get back into the game Edin had two glorious chances to win it for us. What the hell was he doing stopping on the one that hit the post, he should have anticipated that scenario got there and he would have had a tap in. I suppose the one where their keeper makes a great one handed save you have to give credit to the keeper.
All in all not a brilliant day at the office but a very valuable point bearing in mind the team we put out.
Another tough fixture out of the way, now lets get as many bodies back fit for the Cheski game, play a midfield 2 and Milner doing a man marking job on Fabrigas, if we stop him we'll stop chelsea.
Three points next week and things would look a little rosier considering the bastard start we were given. Come on City!!!!
