I didn't see him get booked but BBC have him on a yellow.

Perhaps, on another note, someone can explain this.

For their second goal (the foul on VK has been done) when the ball was played in to Sanchez another Arsenal player was clearly in an offside position. Can't remember who it was. He was moving away from the goal when the ball was played but turned back towards the goal when Sanchez hit his shot.

The goal was given, and as I understand it the judgment is that he wasn't interfering with play. Okay, I get that.

Fast forward to Nasri's disallowed goal. Dzeko hits the shot, and Nasri is in an offside position. The ball is parried to him and he nets the rebound but is flagged for offside.

This is what I don't understand. If Dzeko had scored, would Nasri have been flagged for offside - and if so, why was the Arsenal goal allowed to stand because the two situations would have been identical?

But if he was not active when Dzeko takes his shot, he surely only becomes active when the Arsenal keeper parries Dzeko's shot - at which point he was not offside.

If the rules make it clear that Nasri was offside, I would be grateful if someone who knows them can explain it to me. Because I can't see a difference between the two situations up to the point where the Arsenal keeper parries it, and Nasri was in an onside position when the Arsenal keeper touches the ball.
 
I can only reiterate what everyone else seems to have said! A draw is a good result but disappointing not to nick it at the end. The post twice and a world class save from Szczesny denied us claiming what would have been a brilliant 3 points. A decent start to the week. Milner MOM.
 
Yet again Clattenburg becomes the star due to his complete xenophobic incompetence he seems to have all his favourites and wilshire is now attaining Gerrard status 1st fouls by Zaba yellow card not even a bad challenge jack dives no problem Fernandinho 1st foul and also frank but good old jack just keeps on getting away with it and then to Wenger and his persistent fouling ditty you my man are a clown of epic proportions but what do you expect from a club who's most famous fan is piers Morgan
 
I was so impressed by Milner, why oh why do City seem keen to get rid when we let the likes of Nasri swan about the pitch doing not a lot. (Note: I do like Nasri but I can't be the only one to notice he has a world class game every 10 games whilst Milner ALWAYS puts a shift in)
 
I think Pellers is such a class act that when he does have a go, like he's just done, it seems to have more impact. Compare and contrast to the almost expected complaints from the likes of Mourinho and "I didn't see it" Wenger
