To be honest mate, I'm not sure we even know ourselves what's best for us. Because of the situation we are in, and we're a basket case right now, some folk think it's time for a more experienced person, someone that can create a team with structure and organise a defense.
Others think that it's actually a good time to appoint a more gamble like unproven manager, as there's no real pressure or expectation of top 4 anymore, they can actually come in and as long as they 'steady the ship', will have time to get to know the squad and more importantly what's needed to improve it this season before any potential rebuild.
Think the problem is there are no standout candidates really, especially mid-season.
