Thought we looked alright tbh, like a European away performance in good seasons. Obviously final moments and result are annoying, but if you win your home games and draw your away games you'll qualify top 8 and get to the final.

Generally for me, the fitness of the team hasn’t been right for a few seasons, too many games we completely run out of steam.

Add to that the bench is poor, I’m praying we are two up with 20 to go, as a buffer.

I don’t think our defence is actually the slowest when players are fit and available. Khusanov, Gvardiol and Ait Nouri are all blessed with pace. The problem is the defenders filling in aren’t. Dias, Stones and O’Reilly aren’t blessed with the same pace.

His substitutions are absolutely shocking, it's a continuous theme of poor substitutions either that or the lack of substitutions.

Absolutely no way should Bernardo Silva have stayed out wide right for 97 minutes, Doku should have stayed on the pitch, he's arguably being our best player over the last 4/5 weeks, Why take him off at 2-1? It's stupidity. Kill the game and then take him off if needed.

Pep obviously hasn't learned his lesson from Brighton away a few weeks ago, being ahead in a game and dicking about with a one goal lead instead of killing teams off.

yeah , it is weird ,our pressing also isn´t anywhere near as good and effective as it used to be at our peak.

We have stopped bothering to do it now because teams are better at retaining the ball and we don't have the pace once they've played through it. We gave them too much space and defended like schoolboys. The number of times we failed to get goalside of them tonight was ridiculous.

Most teams would have a defender in front of him heading the ball away! Our defence is poor and that’s why we concede so many poor goals.

Was Oscar bobb on the bench tonight? If so then that's criminal from pep to leave bernardo on and then choose savinho first.

Savinho should never be first choice if there are other players on the bench, especially when defending a slender lead.

Doku has a history of muscular injuries and has rarely played 3 games a week for us. Rodri is coming back from a long term injury. Stones is made of glass. Tell me why taking those three off for Savinho, Nico and Nunes is baffling?

I wanted Rodri off if you read match day posts. Berni should have been off.

Hit the bar twice. Limited their chances. Conceded from an unstoppable long range goal and a bent penalty.

We weren’t perfect by any stretch, should have killed that off second half and Peps changes left a lot to be desired. Bernardo playing the 90 was mind boggling.

But we were fine overall. We’re still in a good place going forward. The result stings more simply because of the complete and utter inept officiating rather than anything we did or didn’t do. Frustrating but on to the next one

We didn't kill them off when we had the chance though, at 2-1 up ...... if you're still hanging on to a slender lead towards the end, there's always a chance that your opponents can scrape an equaliser.
