Asahi partnership... New beer in the ground

I think they'd booked in with the pub in advance, hence why they were getting special treatment. Doesn't make it right though!
that surprises me even more.
they know every game is packed out ,yet let a load of scousers come in knowing the trouble it could of caused, odd, saw two really pissed up Dortmund fans come in the other week before the game.few away fans know about it with it being away from the ground and coming away from the stadium/central Manc.

Had a couple on Saturday wasn't great to be honest. Maybe the lines or an old barrel but didn't taste like Asahi should do, just flat and not crisp at all.

As a bitter drinker my options are a bottle of IPA at £5 a pop so works out at £10 a pint in Joes East. They can shove it where the sun dont shine at that price.

£7 for 2 beers in The Townley in the 'fresh' air.

Had the new larger inside and on a wet day I'll have one but it's larger and nowt special, some would say the Boddies in The Townley isn't either though to be fair.

The ones I get are just normal size! How much for a larger? ;)

That's weird. Lived in Japan for three years, had a chilled Asahi many a time on those muggy summer evenings when humidity was way up, and it was never anything but crisp. My personal favourite was Kirin, though.
