This match feels so important

lose it and I’m gonna say it will come down to about 60/40 we’ll win the league. Win it and it will be more like 95/5

Exactly right. Piling huge pressure on ourselves if we don’t win tonight, cos Chelsea and Brighton are horrible, well organised, defensive teams to play against, and United ain’t gonna lose a match.
I’d rather win tonight than against Spurs. Full strength, no pissing around with Mendy, Sterling or Torres. Get the job done

OK, here goes..

All this shite about City 'owing us' or player turmoil in their heads or nightmares or wearing t-shirts or apologising or any and every such other nonsense i've seen today is, quite frankly, tripe.

The players will have been nowhere near as apoplectic as some of the big girls blouse supporters were, and still are, about the esl plan.
They will have trained and prepared for this game with the usual routine and their motivation should have been there long before the last 48 hours of pant wetting.
City need to win tonight for one reason and one reason alone, the three points towards the title.

You can feel it on nights like these whether you’re there or not.

This is the kind of night and the kind of game where if you’re gonna win the league you go out and play like champions and you win it and I have absolute confidence that we’re going to do exactly that.

For me this is the biggest game of the season. Come on City.

Hugely important game.
After the fiasco of the last couple of days I’ve no idea what to expect from ourselves or Villa for that matter.
I put down a draw, but we really need to make a statement and win. Hope the players are fully motivated.
