Great looking side that, mate - although I’m not sure Gundo at right wingback is playing to his strengths, and the lack of Rodri concerns me.

Given we’ve now got five CBs to choose from, I wonder whether Kyle moving forward into Gundo’s spot and Laporte/Ake/Akanji slotting in at the back would make more sense.

And I think with that line up, it’s two from KDB, Bernardo and Phil, with Rodri in the middle.

We don’t have to play traditional wing backs to play 3 at the back. The recent games have shown that. We seem to be playing our wide centre backs even wider to compensate. Dias seemed so close to the left touchline at times. It’s hard to describe our formation as it’s so fluid, but 3-2-3-2 when we have the ball is close enough to describing the last match. And effectively 4-4-2 out of possession.
