It's the way they have to work - they don't have a dedicated commentary for each match, they are keeping a wide audience abreast of what is happening everywhere and they are trying to anticipate the story. At 0-2 down the story appeared to be at Anfield, so that was where they went - by the time it came back to 2-2 the story was in Manchester and they returned the main commentary to us - still manages to bring goosebumps!

I kept hearing "If City draw this match and Liverpool get another goal . . . " and "If LIverpool score one more and City draw then it's Liverpool's title . . . ." and then we get the repeat of 2012, but a little earlier!!
