I thought Bernardo was outstanding. He just made it look so simple & we seemed to have a numerical advantage everywhere. Never overplays but skilful enough to go on a mazy run to go forward rather than a sideways pass.
 
Bloody hell I was glad to see Dias back in defense. Laporte was solid as well. The lads should smell blood in the water now. Win Wednesday and we’re the fucking leaders. To add to what was sung as the team got off the bus: "We’re going down with a billion in the bank, and a trophy!"

He was much improved against his form of late but was still guilty in the second half of going for the spectacular passes when easier better options were on
 
The less we rotate the CBs, more we will win. Divas has to play. He gives the defense a bit of much needed leadership.
