Disagree about Yaya. He's making an effort and with the quality he has, it's only a matter of time before it comes together.

I wish City fans would get off his case.

I'd go with Aguero too

Completely agree. Push him up into the hole and leave the two Fs to do the defensive duties. Given freedom just to attack he'll do his bit.

Why get of his case? He's fecking sh*te at the moment and WE ALL KNOW he can be the best. Time to let him know that he is playing shite by dropping him.

Don't think 'Pellers' will have the 'bottle' to do it, but I would drop Silva, Yaya & Dzeko for this one, and replace them with Milner, Lampard & Jovetic, respectively.

Got to be more compact in midfield, can't afford to keep letting opponents, with pacey players, (Agbonlahor, Benteke, etc) catch us on the counter everytime we lose possession... and if that means leaving two or three of the "untouchables" out of the side, then so be it.

Thats a mix of what I would play and what i think MP will go for (he will def rotate the fullbacks imho).......he may not play both fernando and fernandihnio together

I wouldnt drop Yaya agt all...his performances have improved and will keep doing so and some of the criticisms although justified are also coming from bad feelings with what happened over the summer and some fans need to get over themselves and move on......

With Fernando's presence I am confident we'll piss this game, hopefully it will be alongside his (nearly)namesake.

Not been to Villa away since I went with my Dad when Whitey scored 4 in a 5-1 win.

Now I am taking my lad, CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A DECENT PUB WHERE CITY FANS WILL BE IN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE STADIUM PLEASE?

I'd like to see something like that. Aguero playing of Dzeko with Silva drifting behind them both but providing width when possible. Yaya playmaking and running from deep with the Fern's behind, Dinho coming forward occasionally. Kolarov on to provide an attacking threat which Clichy cannot provide.

Maybe could see Milner on if Fernando isn't fully fit or Pelle decides to drop Yaya
