I sincerely hope that we don't go into this game expecting to win without matching the commitment of a team facing the prospect of relegation. I was at the game last season and it was a tight 1-0 victory thanks to a Lescott header. I actually think they have better players this year.

I'm hoping the Southampton game is still in their heads. There can be no reason for any of them to believe they can just turn up anymore.

I want us to play convincingly from here on until the end of the season, and reduce the gap to United to no more than maybe six points. I don't want them bastards to walk away with the title in an overwhelmingly superior way.

Six point off the title and second place is still okay. 15 points adrift and third/fourth position is not.

Will be a very difficult game for City.Villa need the 3 points.
Villa-City 1-2

How about, "will be a difficult game for villa. City need the three points" ? They're all difficult games. Luckily for us though, the best team usually wins.

-- Mon Mar 04, 2013 10:37 am --

Im still surprised people want to play kun as the automatic starter. he was awful vrs chelski (its like collective amnesia when he plays bad).and yet our top striker is on bench yet again your really cant make this shit up. and rumors where after Lewandowski which is a shittier version of dzeko.

really hope kolo starts (if komany is still injured) he was class against chelsea

-- Mon Mar 04, 2013 11:14 am --

Massive eight goals this season.

Massive?

Edit: I'm unable to reel off stats so I've had to go on to the City site for this. Aguero has scored 9 from 23 league appearances and 8 from 23 league appearances. Both players have made a contribution this season.
Tevez scored a screamer last week, following up a goal against Leeds, but all our forwards have struggled this season....none more so than Tevez. Aguero's general play is far better and I'd start him wherever possible in front of a the 5 man midfield who played so well against Chelsea
dzeko for this if you ask me, there deffence isnt too organised so get it onto his head

European kit

Will the european kit be getting a showing tonight seeing as both our home and away kits clash with Villas?

Dzeko isn't our top stiker, he's just our top goalscorer, over Tevez who is pretty much a play maker now and Aguero who's been injured on two seperate occasions.
And Aguero wasn't awful, his finishing was. He worked hard, got into good position, helped build up play and passed well in general, he just wasn't finishing his dinner.
