My advice is if you go down an hour or two after the windows open you will queue for a lot less time than the early bird folks.
winding people up?
get a grip, i have an opinion and it's your choice if you disagree with it or agree with it. end of.

Yes...it's your opinion but it's so far off the mark it's unreal

Supporters club & people on 3,500+ points does not make up 32,000 tickets.

We only have 35,000 season tickets ffs, so your 'opinion' fails logic...if it sells out on tuesday/wednesday, then something isn't right.

Give it up mate as you're descending into parody and throwing up some astronomical bullshit.

ffs, just stop it
there are only 36000 seasoncard holders
last year there were 33000 and the year before 28000
there's no way they are all on the cup direct scheme or have 4000 points (which is impossible)

the club know that if everyone gets a ticket when they should then it will sell out at 2000
not everyone will want one, some may not bother
good post.
you have a point there are only 5,000 people on the cup scheme but in my opinion only, they will all go at around 3,500.
supporter clubs have sold there allocation out. and 6,000 tickets today then dunno about tomorrow. but i do still think it will be tight round about wednesday. probably get to thursday but i can't see till saterday.
we have 31,500 tickets so we had 28,000 thousand season ticket holders 3 years ago, then they are bound to have atleast 3000 loyalty points. so add on the supporters clubs and cup scheme users but there will be season ticket holders who are using the cup scheme aswell.
joe bloggs gets a season ticket two years ago and gets a 1000 points starter and 190 to renew but he doesn't join the cup scheme
he goes to all cup games and all the aways
last season aways = 380
this season aways = 320 so far
last season cups = 190 points
this season cups = 600 point

= a total of approx 2680

and that's including scum away, liverpool, chelsea, blackpool, etc that you needed high points for

now for a newbie to get 2600 point after two seasons they need to go to every game, so i guess they deserve a ticket, but where do you get at least 3000 points from?

they will go below 2000 points

i'll bet even below that

love your work on BM but i disagree with you on this one because the club have given everyone the opportunity to sit with pals, unfortunately for you that opportunity was not today and there will be others with a similar situation who have to come on another day.

and no, I am not in the OSC, I queued up today too.

That's fair enough. I'm just asking for a bit of common sense from City and the ticket office, not only for me, but for other City fans as well.

I fully appreciate if my Girlfriend was right down the loyalty points pecking order, but her criteria kicks in on Monday. So for the sake of one day the ticket office could have shown some common sense and given us her ticket today. Job done. Everyone is happy. One less person in the queue on Monday.

If nothing else I hope Gary Cook and the club look at the ticket criteria again for the final, if we get there? I have my reasons.(others will disagree) If they don't, fair enough.

Obviously I'm last man standing on BM today. That's life. You take your chances and pay the price.

FIVE HOURS QUEUEING-THEN A SHAMBOLIC DISGRACE

To queue in an orderly and patient manner for five hours and keeping spirits up by leading the community singing and sharing my Shippams Beef Paste crustless sandwiches only on reaching the window to be told that not only were no first class stamps or £5 postal orders available (what to do now about great nephew Breville's 43rd birthday present?) but that I could not renew my road tax is completely unacceptable. Comments Mr Cook?

that was not the case today, those arriving between 10 and 11 queued the longest

My mate was there at 4:00am ..served at 9:30am. I got there 9:30am as he was leaving ...served at 1:15pm. At 9:30 the queue stretched to block 122. By 11 it was no where near 122.

Mr Cook will no doubt advise you to go to the post office and then seek counciling for that crack habit!
