am i missing something? Why have people queued 6hours for a ticket? I phoned yesterday about 9.30am and got mine and my friends within 5 mins??
If you queued 6hours to save yourself 5quid then it serves you right!

PINKPRINCESS - everyone has their reasons for getting their tickets however they choose. For example people will be queuing early so as to get as close to their mates (who bought the other day) as possible.

I wasn't bothered. So I sauntered down to the ticket office at 2 this afternoon and saved myself £7. It took me longer to walk around the barriers than it took to get my ticket.
 
Queued for 4 hours this morning with two mates because we wanted 18 all together. We had enough points but like I say needed them all together so couldn't phone. Had a right laugh with people around us and the time flew. Had a bacon butty and met Kiddo as well

Forget this phoning for tickets lark - do it old skool and queue! Was just like '99

wtf i got there at quarter to two and got mine sorted within 5 minutes... best way!

Why queue from 7am when you can turn up mid to late afternoon and go straight to a window?

Been that way every day yet still people do it. Box Office doesn't open till 9 so unless you can only get time off in the morning it's all a little hard to understand

It's not the fact people are bothered about getting a ticket, it's the fact the minority want to sit in a certain area of the ground, that's all it is really.

That might explain it for a small minority.

Ifr you turn up at 7am, you wont get your tickets until 11am and so miss 3 hours work. Leave at 3pm, miss 1 hours work, and you walk up and get your tickets.

The only sensible explanation is that no one reads Bluemoon

I see the logic there.

But I'm getting them on 2000 day, so I ain't riskin a sell out.

If there's tickets left, I'm getting to the ground for 6AM.
