well, like most people, I am pretty up for this one but I am expecting a staunch resistance from a compact Atletico who will possibly play wing backs becoming 5 at the back.

A Madrid are going to fight and any shithousery from fouling, feigning and time wasting will add to their actual ability to defend and stay very organised. I can't see beyond a tight game with Felix leading the counters.

4-3-3, test the keeper early, play with pace.

Ofcourse Atletico will put up a fight. It’s Chimps League QF ffs. And they will ask questions from the ref how far they can stretch the limits. So will we.
It is exactly as Pep states: They have their way. We have ours.

A draw or narrow win will be ok. Because I strongly believe we play better away rather than at home. I guess because teams park a bus at their place. And a double decker at ours

Pity Walker is suspended. I guess we will play with 3 at the back. Or Zinc comes in at LB with Cancelo moving to RB. As for anything else, I really don’t have any preferences. That includes the line-up.

We just need to be patient. And be clinical. Very clinical. Like Sporting away the first 45 minutes.

For those in the North Stand...
Prior to kick-off, 6 banners will be unfurled from the top of level 2 in the North Stand, these will cover the entirety of the stand. This will take place approximately 5 minutes before kick-off and will be cleared before the match starts. These banners being in place will mean the players walking on to the field and the playing of the Champions League anthem will not be visible for supporters in the North Stand.

can't say I've watched any Atletico this year but I know historically speaking a team that plays that way and breaks on the counter would be Pep's kryptonite. Have a bad feeling about this tie but an early goal would do wonders to open the game up.

I have a feeling we’ll have to be patient tonight because the diving, Sh1thousery and time wasting will start at minute one. If we score, they won’t come out, they’ll continue to try and sit deep to frustrate. Definitely one of those games we need to be clinical and take advantage any time we get in behind because we won’t get too many chances.
