Genuine question. I stopped going a couple of years ago. Gave up 2 season tickets for multiple reasons. We were in SS3 and even there got tired of being the only ones shouting, singing unless it was a big game and a few would join in. The worst part was people turning around and giving us 'the look' like you get when you make noise in a library.
We weren't on the cup scheme so for the cup games we used to pick different parts of the ground to see if we could find a good atmosphere and it was even worse. Even our couple of games in SS1, the singing was sporadic and spread too thinly. All of CB was like the main stand at Maine Road except on one occasion a woman was knitting in front of us.
East Stand was like going to Burnley and Family Stand was like Platt Lane on valium except for loads of kids in different team's kits. What is it like now?
