I find him cringy as fuck. When he announces any player as ‘Our’ number….My 4th visit of the season, and by far the best atmosphere. One complaint, the announcer reading the teams out before the game. It's like Clattenburg on Gladiators, cringey.
don't go then if it's raining.2am getting home on a p1ss pouring wet drive says - no thanks.
Fantastic kick off for a certain demographic, although personally I prefer the 5:30 Saturday slot, when you can also have a good drink, and given the flow of the game would have provided an equally great atmosphere last nightIt’s a perfect ko time, many have had a relaxing few drinks beforehand,
Also, negates a lot of issues getting there or leaving early for work, school etc.
Debating it at half time, I asked the question, where would you rather be on a Sat evening…
It’s Manchester Fred, rain is part of our heritage2am getting home on a p1ss pouring wet drive says - no thanks.

Great vocal support from the fans which pep commented on the players appreciated it and it got us over the line let's keep this up doesn't matter what time the kick off is doesn't stop us singingAbsolutely no debate whatsoever for me. I missed tonight due to illness and I’m gutted as it sounded great on TV and my match going buddy was quick to inform me how much better it was tonight. Pep’s after match comments confirmed it too.
I stand on the end of the aisle between 015 and 016. Last night was absolutely bouncing especially in the first half. Quite often 016 and 017 are singing a different song to 014 and 015.There were many times when 2 or even 3 songs were going at once.
They do like to enjoy themselves that small pocket of fans CB 3was a little quiet in the 2nd half but my gosh, that was an enjoyable atmosphere!
Credit to everyone who got involved!
Even some in the CB level 3 were getting involved! Love it!

Fair play to them
Acoustics and Atmosphere - the new North StandI understand that certain games naturally create a better atmosphere than others; this has always been the case and will continue to be so. However, the stadium's acoustics are poor, and anything that can help improve the atmosphere, particularly during games where it is naturally quieter, should be considered.
There was a moment in the second half where Khusanov sprinted 20 yards and won a tackle infront of the East stand and if was celebrated like a goal.
You could see the Geordies all looking confused as they invented cheering tackles according to Sky.
Must admit, I did enjoy it.Can we play at 8pm on a Saturday every week? It’s mint!
Ardwick played 2 games after Manchester City were formed: 18th April 1894 Ardwick lost 2-0 to Sheffield United at Hyde Road and on 28th April 1894 they drew 0-0 away at Stockport County… City were formed on 16th April 1894.2

AAFC refers to Ardwick Association Football Club, the name Manchester City used from 1887 to 1894 before adopting their current name. Based in the Ardwick area of Manchester, the club was a predecessor to the modern Manchester City FC, which was founded officially in 1894 after financial reorganization.
What time do you have to leave for a 12:30 ko? Swings and roundabouts in your case I suspect.2am getting home on a p1ss pouring wet drive says - no thanks.
