On another note did anyone in this stand here loud music all through the second half, none of us knew where it was coming from.

its quite funny this,me and my lad came down from 318 after the game and went over to the shop to pick a package up,by the time we had been served and walked back to get the bus home on ashton new road,it must have been 15 to 20 minutes after the game ended, we walked right in front of him and his tin box on the ground had nothing in it,absolutely nowt,unless he had taken some money out of his tin before,no one had given him owt anyway !Very strange wasn’t it....surprised he can get away with that level of noise. Police were stood 3 yards away from him on way out and didn’t seem to mind.
Away fans don' seem to struggle to make a noise in the south stand when it has been handed over in full for previous cup games , we have the wrong type of match going fans to make an atmosphere, not the wrong type of stadium.I know there is a thread for this but I can't find it. Move it to said thread if possibpe
Sorry this is a moan. I know our atmosphere is ****. I try my best on South Stand L3 to get the singing going but nobody is interested. You would think after yrs of being **** we would be bouncing but no. I sometimes feel that the only way to improve the atmosphere is by organising an ultras group. I See these fans from like Germany, Holland, Italy making amazing noise but us nothing, I know we have tons of fans that make loads of noise I just want the atmosphere sorting out.

tbh sick of threads bemoaning what is endemic in every ground in the top 3 divisions.
The kippax was like cemetary at times, this is nothing new.
Problem is generational , when I hear ket sniffing kids bouncing to 30000 empty seats/we're a shit man united and buy your club and burn it down, I realy cannot be arsed joining in
All so very boring this atmosphere crap
