Will fully admit I'm partly to,blame as I simply don't care for CL home games. I've been to 4 or 5 away and similar at home.
As a fan base we need to embrace the competition as this will only help the team. But for me it's dull, too tactical and full of play acting and cheating. It's simply not fun to watch.

The away fans are usually really good. Juve were non-existent, and I suspect Sevilla will be the same judging by what I have seen, or not seen in town. Dortmund, Poznan, Bayern, Lokeren, Aris been memorable and put us to absolute shame. Was the same again last night when Bayern went to the Emirates.I find it dull n'all. Plus the club fuck me off from my seat to accommodate away fans.
But i'm sticking with it to see if a semi final run changes my mind and the excitement really gets me later in the comp. So far i've been seriously underwhelmed by the competition though.

No chance. They're not even selling the Colin Bell and South Stand third tiers from what I can see and the East Stand third tier might be only half full. Lucky to get 40,000.
But I later said that 45,000 was probably about right as I'd failed to account for people who already had tickets in the Colin Bell 3rd tier. I was surprised at the size of the crowd as it looked to be more than that at the match. The first two tiers were pretty full and the only blocks not occupied were in the third tier where the Sevilla fans would have been. The East Stand 3rd tier looked about 85% full whereas the CB 3rd tier was no more than 2/3rds full. So on the night I thought there were about 48,000 there.Hahaha!!!!!!!!!!.
