I was talking about throughout the pandemic, not a cherry picked recent 4 week period when nearly every old person was vaccinated.

Djokovic is a a person who is easy to dislike even before his current anti vax views became known. However one thing he hasn’t done in this is break any laws. He asked to be admitted to Australia, was told he could travel and then on arrival he was told he couldn’t enter. The Australian government should have told him from the off that unless he provided proof he was fully vaccinated then he wasn’t getting in.

Nope not FIFA. They never said anything of the sort. It’s made up anti vax rubbish based on incorrect interpretation of data unrelated to vaccines.

We don’t know whether or not he lied on his immigration paperwork. If a customs form says something like the writer claims they would have got the vaccination if not for catching Covid in recent months then that would be breaking Australia’s federal border laws and supersedes being invited to a tennis tournament. I don’t know if Djokovic has been telling those porkies or not.
