You have to give the Germans some credit, no matter who's in the team, if they are in bad form, struggled in qualifying etc, they always turn it on when it gets to the finals.

That is not a bad Aussie team, but the Germans are destroying them, although the sending off of Tim Cahill (wrongly) has made it a bit easier for them than it would otherwise have been.

Sorry are you saying that this ball has been in the German league for the last season and not in England? Serious question - I do not know the answer but it would show how the Germans leave no stone unturned.

Yep. It was offered to all leagues, but the German one is the only major league that has a sponsorship deal with Adidas.
