I was told we had. If they’re selling tickets for our home games without authority then they’re breaking the law as I understand it. I’ve complained & given evidence to the club about our authorised resellers selling packages at grossly excessive mark-ups. But ticketing expert Reg Walker, of the Iridium Consultancy, questioned the commitment of Manchester City given that the club has a commercial partnership with resale platform Viagogo, which has been repeatedly criticised over its alliances with powerful touts.
It was just a dig at us surely? We have severed our ties with Viagogo.
