Away tickets

If anyone wants any proof that tickets are going out of the Club en block and being sold at inflated prices look up.
www.celtichorizonstours.com
This is a company based in Ireland that sells blocks of tickets for City and other games.
Then ask yourself how come they can get four together. Did four City fans just decide not to go. I don't think so.
There only one place these tickets could come from.

And have a look at blocks 65 and 66 away blocks https://intl.stubhub.ie/fc-schalke-04-vs-manchester-city-tickets/ev888412
Because there is no way 34 tickets in block 65, 34 in 66 and the 8 in V & W came from points whores or the supporters clubs.

In Paris in the ground got talking to a French City fan loved the club and hoped one day to come to England to watch us!!!
I asked how he had got a ticket in our end and a wrist band as the club don’t know you exist? Oh he says “I’m a friend of Kevin Parker”
The same Kevin Parker you see at the odd away game. Wonder how many points he has?

Yes I do, if your figures are correct it hasn't stopped anyone going to Newcastle next week and many many more. This thread only comes alive when we play Liverpool, the Rags etc. It doesn't get one post when we play Southampton. IIRC the league Cup semi final (away) last year, Bristol, a week night, in Winter and on tele. That went to open sale and I am not sure it sold out, (I may be wrong). The supporters clubs were there though, in numbers. The first way to start easing the issue is ask the club to stop Platinum but when I mentioned it earlier there was hardly a response. The other problem is the face book sites (and even here) where they are sold on - not always by people who cannot genuinely attend.
Where’s your evidence that the Supporters club were there in numbers?

It isn't evidence. It is from speaking to people, City fans, I am not making a big deal about Bristol City away. As a person who is not a member of a supporters club I stated that I did not have a problem with them receiving an allocation. I feel the SC's do a great job in encouraging fans to attend matches especially those that are not as popular as the rags/dippers etc. it is merely my opinion. For instance I know one supporters club that has free child places on their coach to help parents (dad) who find the costs somewhat expensive. That has to be a good thing as it gets youngsters into City early and makes it a family (dad) day out. If I am wrong about Bristol I hold my hands up but I spoke to a fair few that went and are members of different SC's.

So just an opinion that the SC have taken up the tickets for Newcastle then?

I appreciate this is a thread about away tickets but a quick search on one ticket agency I found this, and it is just one ticket agency!

354 tickets at those prices for the affluent half n' half scarf wearers!. The game will sell out, but for lesser games these agencies have unsold tickets. But the club don't seem to give a shit about empty seats that they have(probably) sold to these agencies!

Well they ant have them from independent fans as we don’t even know when they go on sale or what the criteria will be.

Perhaps have them advertised knowing they'll get "fans" selling them on using their site, the Everton link in particular has 22 available in the City section.
