I got the same email.
The perimeter search last season was the first time that had happened to us at West Ham. As for collecting tickets, I thought the club said this wouldn't be a collect on the day fixture when tickets were sold. So either this is for duplicate tickets or someone at City doesn't know what they are doing. Or both.

Likely to be for duplcate tickets or the London Corporate crowd. They sent my tickets to the wrong address and said if I couldn't get them returned to me they'd cancel them and I could collect duplicates at the ground. Think you see this as standard text for future matches, if it wasn't indeed used last year. I never read these emails so could have been same for year's
