Why not? They recorded Hey Jude during the White Album sessions, but released it as a single a couple of months before the album came out. Although uncommon for the Beatles to put single releases onto their albums, they had nonetheless done it before.....Please please me, Can’t buy me love, Ticket to ride, Eleanor Rigby. Also, the flip side, Revolution, appeared on the White Album, albeit as an acoustic

They recorded Hey Jude during the White Album sessions, but released it as a single a couple of months before the album came out. I'd go with Wonderwall too. Mad that it's the song a lot of people associate them with, one of their weakest singles
