What was the thing about the shoes?

I wanted to put it in there to show I didn't just walk into the front room and make it really awkward, I was actually next to the front room to put my shoes away which is why I went in lol. The one time I don't read my post back before pressing send it has a pointless bit in about shoes which I should have took out

But why did you have to put your shoes in the front room? Why not just leave them somewhere else or take them to your room?

Theres a shoe rack type thing in the hallway which is opposite the door to the front room
