A few seasons ago we realised that Kompany had become Mr. Reliable, a leader at the back, a player with immense composure and ability to read the game. A player who stood out In this Prem league era.

Yes of course he is a point illustrated by France having such a crap last couple of tournaments, and then to fail to qualify for the Nations finals next year surely must see him for the axe and thrown to the yellow jackets.
