I saw him get absolute pelters from everywhere on Twitter last night. Sad, but that's the nature of Social Media.

Obviously, we're all aware it was probably his worst performance in a City shirt last night, but for people to go out and hound the poor lad after the season he's had is wrong imo.

Sometimes a really good player costs you a game, or a trophy. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is, and the only important thing now is that he reacts to it well.

Footballers shouldn't have social media accounts unless they are really thick skinned Im sure most of the posters giving him grief are dippers and rags. He'll know himself he had a poor night. Its how he reacts that matters.

But to have such a great season and make such errors in a game of this magnitude is a shock. Would of been less surprised if Kompany made them actually.

He was visably rocked after the mistakes. If Pep has some sense he’ll keep him out of the team for the next games, we have more than worthy replacements.
