he needs minutes and surely can’t play both Leicester and Real as he is just returning from injury. So do we just throw him into the Real match?? Tough decision.

I can’t imagine he will be anywhere near the Leicester game and is being saved for Madrid.Not the best really.

Did you not see him against Sheffield United?
He came back from 6 months out and was absolutely perfect. Give him another game to warm up for Real and he'll be fine.

yes he was amazing but Sheffield and Real Madrid in a knock out competition are two entirely different proposals.
Also, the only game before Real is Leicester and he’s not starting both in one week after such a long injury.

Another hour under his belt.
Don't know what the thinking will be for Leicester. Same again, short cameo off the bench or just wrap him in cotton wool until Madrid.

Good decision to withdraw him on the hour. Hopefully same again on Saturday. We have missed him
