Otamendi was supposed to be the best defender in Spain. And after Otamedi and Mangala, I have my doubts about this clubs ability to judge centre halves. I still cant believe we have paid two massive fees for defenders in back to back years, and neither inspire confidence. Might take another another 30m to get this top centre half - which means from Mangala, Otamendi and player X, we will have spent 100m simply trying to fill a void.

We simply need to be more efficient.
