Will be an excellent signing and has time to settle into the league. Will hopefully force Stones to step up considering he has been poor since returning from injury. Competition is crucial to keep the squad improving and with so many games we need to keep adding quality.

Did we have videos on Mangala before he signed? Can't remember what popular opinion was at the time..

To be clear, this is a five and a half year contract right? Everywhere I see keeps reporting it as a five year deal but I know his contract isn't going to end at the end of January 2023.

Apparently we're offering him 300K a Week according to the CAF. Comparable to United's Sanchez wage.

His signing is making up for Pep's disappointment at United signing Sanchez from under his nose.

They' are crunching our defensive transfer numbers, and find it funny

Etc.

But not one of them has mentioned United are 12 points behind City in the table. :-)

In fact, they don't mention that in any of their 20 City related threads.

I’d would say nothing surprises me in the current market but 300k a week ?

Alexis is getting 500k a week........

United supporters are trying to justify paying a 29 year old £500,000 a week. The people in charge aren't going to pay Laporte more than KDB.
