What about an 80 ft sculpture of a bloke bent over with his pants round his ankles and the tiniest bit of excretion coming from his arse?
It can be called the T of the turtles head.
Is that cultural and artistic?

When you get the train back from the Third World [Yorkshire], the view to the North of COMS with the Pennines in the background lifts you up and tells you that you are home again. However, the sight of the rusty spikes reminds me that there's always room for improvement, even in God's Own City.

I actually found it thought provoking and inspiring, certainly moreso than some of the other modern stuff.

Glad its going, caused a right ballache with the road having to shut. And its looks rusty and worn out.

Its falling apart[going down]so it needs to be made into something else or someone-someone who fixed us when we were down.So melt it and make a statue of the great Joe Mercer..
